Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a QC Engineer to lead the quality control processes in a precision engineering environment. Role may be Senior/Manager depending on experience.

You will oversee QC inspectors, drive CAPA and QMS documentation, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate with production, vendors and customers. Diploma in Engineering and 2–3 years' hands-on QC experience with CMM are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years hands-on QC experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead QC inspectors for incoming, in-process, and outgoing checks.
• Investigate quality issues and perform root-cause analyses for non-conformances.
• Manage CAPA closure and maintain QMS documentation.

Job Overview

Leading precision engineering and solutions provider located in Jurong searching for QC Engineers.

Role: QC Engineer (candidates with more years of experiences may be considered for Senior/Manager role)

Company Transport Provided: Pickup at various MRT Stops of Jurong Area

Salary Range: SGD 2,800 - SGD 4,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspections: Oversee and lead a team of QC inspectors performing incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality checks
• Issue Resolution: Investigate manufacturing quality issues and drive non-conformance root cause analyses.
• Compliance: Manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) closure and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)documentation.
• Communication: Coordinate quality feedback and audits with production teams, vendors, and customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on QC experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and with various teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge and experience in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
