Job summary

The QA Technical Specialist (Technical Leader) at Becton Dickinson Medical (S) Pte. Ltd. leads technical quality initiatives, guiding complex quality issues and driving improvements within the QMS.

Core duties include mentoring junior QA staff, leading CAPA investigations, developing and approving SOPs and reports, and supporting internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Working hours are 7am–4pm at the Tuas Plant in Singapore.

Job Summary

The QA Technical Specialist (Technical Leader) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Becton Dickinson Medical (S) Pte. Ltd.'s products and processes. This position involves leading technical quality initiatives, providing expert guidance on complex quality issues, and driving continuous improvement within the quality management system.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive investigations for non-conformances, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, review, and approve quality documentation, including SOPs, specifications, validation protocols, and technical reports.
• Participate in and lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within the quality system.
