Job summary

EXENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an inspection professional to prepare weld maps and logs, inspect materials, and support welding quality throughout piping and HVAC projects in Singapore.

You will perform line checks, punchlists, pressure testing, and compile inspection reports, applying ISO 9001 standards and working with high purity piping and equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE certification in Mechanical or Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Piping or HVAC industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO Internal Audits.
• Experience working with High Purity Piping and Equipment, both metallic and non-metallic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weld maps and weld logs accurately to document welding activities and ensure traceability.
• Inspect incoming materials to identify defects or specification non-compliance and report findings to the Project Manager for corrective action.
• Conduct fit-up and welding inspections to verify quality and compliance with engineering standards.
• Perform line checks and prepare punchlists to identify and resolve issues before project completion.
• Carry out pressure testing to confirm system integrity and safety according to project requirements.
• Compile detailed inspection and test reports to support project documentation and quality assurance.
