Job summary

RICHSUN PRECISION ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented QA / Quality Assurance staff to join our precision engineering team. You will perform quality inspection and document results, using CMM and gauge measurements, and respond to NCRs and customer inquiries.

The role requires strong English, ability to produce clear QC reports, and familiarity with ISO paperwork while collaborating with production to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have QA/QC experience with knowledge of CMM.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to write clear QC reports and handle customer correspondence.
• Experience handling ISO documentation/paperwork is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and measurement using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
• Prepare QC inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Reply to NCR (Customer Non-Conformance Report) and customer quality-related issues.
• Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly in English.
• Maintain proper quality records and handle ISO-related paperwork and documentation.
• Review and improve existing QC processes and procedures.
• Work with production to identify quality issues and implement improvements.
• Carry out other QA/QC duties related to precision engineering.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) or Malaysian
• Experience inQA/QC + Knowledge ofCMM

• Able to handle customer complaints and non-conformance issues
