Job summary

AEPACS RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a QA Engineer to support and maintain quality standards within manufacturing operations. The role focuses on QA activities across incoming, in-process and outgoing stages, with emphasis on QMS compliance and continuous improvement.

The candidate will back Quality Inspectors, drive ISO 9001 alignment, and lead internal audits to ensure corrective actions are completed. Strong GD&T, measuring tools, and risk assessment knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree preferably in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to interpret drawings, engineering specification and GD&T.
• Practical experience with callipers, micrometres and profilometers.
• Good interpersonal and planning skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in handling incoming, in-process and outgoing QA related activities.
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the QMS.
• Establish, implement, and maintain effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the requirements established by the Company and relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001 requirements).
• Establish and lead internal audit program covering all operations and functions to ensure adherence to QMS requirements, provide report on internal audit results, and follow-up audit results to ensure professional close out of corrective/ preventive actions.
• Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of quality documents and records.
