Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support quality systems, processes, and procedures across Building Facilities, including M&E and soft services.

The role covers investigations of non-conformances and recommended follow-up actions, with participation in management reviews and client meetings. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in Engineering or Estates Management, and knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 41001;

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Engineering, Facilities or Estates Management, Quality Management Systems, Quality Control or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards 9001, 14001 and/or 41001.
• Certified QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO or equivalent is advantageous.
• Pro-active, independent yet service and team-oriented, and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with FM Contract, Company’s, and ISO policies.
• Prepare and conduct quality control checks, investigations for potential quality non-conformance, and recommend follow-up actions to mitigate issues on Building Facilities including M&E Systems, Building Systems and soft services.
• Prepare reports for management review and facilitate follow-up actions.
• Attend regular maintenance meetings with Clients and Clients’ Representatives.
• Lead the internal audit program for operation site including identifying opportunities for quality systems improvements and meeting quality objectives.
• Maintain good records and filing systems of reports for future reference and coordination.
