Job summary

Perfect Team Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineer to strengthen our QMS.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing QMS in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
Strong command of English for customer correspondence and reporting.
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues independently from day one.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance process effectiveness.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve process-related issues.
Analyze customer complaints and deliver timely, effective responses to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Customers and Operations teams to ensure new product transfers meet approved manufacturing requirements.
Prepare and present quality performance metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
