Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance preferred (manufacturing/production).
• New Polytechnic graduate (Engineering) with a good attitude to learn and work.
• Other Polytechnic graduate (non-Engineering) may be considered for the Engineer role for administrative duties.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to liaise with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001.
• In charge of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Ensure production and quality personnel adhere to company policy and standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Plan and reports for FA and production parts.
• Maintaining and sending company measuring instruments for calibration.
• Interpret and analyze customer specifications with precision.
• Identify and perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions through CAPA, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate quality meetings with production and quality personnel.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
