• Lead and participate in quality planning and maintenance of the QMS.

• Ensure compliance with specifications in contracts.

Job Description

• Lead and participate in quality planning such as FMEA, control plan, mistake proofing, supplier qualifications
• Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead in supplier quality and Supplier development management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and upplier certifications
• Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality
• Provide technical support during Project QA, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
• Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the signed EPC contracts.
• Co-ordination with Safety / O&M / technical / engineering resources/ customers and other stakeholders for QA/QC activities as needed
• Develop and maintain a non-conformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Suppliers/Contractor and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective
• To understand and support QC activities when required.
