Job summary

Vertis in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA Engineer specializing in automation to join our dynamic team. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests to ensure product quality and performance across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams, lead test strategy, mentor junior QA engineers, and continuously improve the automation framework. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years QA experience, including 2+ years in senior roles, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in software quality assurance with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience with automation testing concepts and tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing using automation tools.
• Continuously improve the automation framework and expand test coverage.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality of the product.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and automation techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation testing tools and methodologies.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Requirements And Qualification

Eligibility Requirement

This is an on-site role based in Singapore and is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training (CLT) Programme. Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible to apply. Candidates who require any form of work pass sponsorship will not be considered.
