Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Manager to lead cost and contract management for mechanical and electrical projects in Singapore. The role calls for extensive experience in M&E works and strong capability in evaluating subcontractor quotations, budgeting, and cost reporting.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services, with at least five years of relevant experience and proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of quantity surveying experience in M&E works.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering processes, and local pricing.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades
