Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Singapore is seeking a Quality and Operations Transformation Manager to design, implement and stabilize a QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485:2016 and related regulations. The role will transition to an Operations focus, driving service, efficiency and scalability across products designed, manufactured and distributed within the ELAPAC scope.

The incumbent will engage with regulatory bodies, oversee documentation, and lead cross-functional teams to optimise quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of quality management experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience with ISO 13485:2016 and other relevant standards.
• Proven track record in operations / supply chain.
• Certifications like CQA or CQE are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implement and stabilize a robust QMS aligned with ISO 13485:2016.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive service excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage capacity.
• Interface with regulatory bodies and maintain technical documentation.
