Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Qlik Sense Data Engineer with strong SQL and AWS ETL experience to own the full data pipeline from AWS sources to Qlik Sense dashboards. The role requires building and maintaining data models, load scripts, and reports for business and IT stakeholders.

You will design scalable ETL processes, optimize data pipelines, and automate recurring reporting tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and timely insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SQL experience with complex queries and optimization.
• Experience with AWS data services and Snowflake modeling.
• Proficient in Qlik Sense load scripts, dashboards and data models.
• Strong ETL/ELT design and data pipeline architecture.
• Experience with PySpark or Python for ETL transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL scripts to extract/transform data from AWS sources.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue (jobs, crawlers, Data Catalog).
• Model Snowflake data for scalable reporting (views, incremental loads).
• Integrate Snowflake/RDS into Qlik Sense data models and dashboards.
• Create dashboards and reports for ITSM and KPI tracking.
• Automate recurring reporting and distribution of reports.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues across the pipeline.
• Monitor pipeline performance and optimize Glue/Snowflake/Qlik reloads.
