Job summary

LHN Group Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineering/BI Intern to assist in the design, development, and maintenance of a new data warehouse on the AWS cloud platform.

You will build and optimize ETL pipelines, create interactive dashboards in Power BI, and provide training to end-users while ensuring data quality and process monitoring. You will also work with data from NetSuite, Salesforce, SharePoint, and other SaaS systems to support reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Knowledge in Python, AWS Glue and Step function
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools.
• Monitor and enhance reporting processes for continuous improvement.
• Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot data or reporting issues proactively.
• Document data flows, transformation logic, and dashboard configurations for version control and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the design and development of the data warehouse architecture on AWS.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources (NetSuite, Salesforce, SharePoint, other SaaS & internal systems) into the data warehouse.
• Assist in the development of data quality checks and monitoring processes.
