Private Advertiser is seeking a QHSE Executive in Singapore to support the Head of QHSE in maintaining safety records and systems. The role involves collecting performance statistics, preparing management reports, and assisting with tender documents related to safety compliance.

You will communicate with sites on safety matters, coordinate audits, maintain certificates and training records, and prepare monthly safety performance reports for management review. A proactive team player is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of QHSE in maintaining company safety records and systems.
• Collect and organize performance statistics for management reports.
• Assist with tender documents by providing safety-related information.
• Communicate with Sites on safety and compliance matters.
• Help coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Maintain filing systems for certificates, training records, and inspection documents.
• Schedule and coordinate management visits.
• Prepare monthly safety performance reports.
• Review Safety documentation to ensure proper filing and control.
• Compile and present data for quarterly and annual management meetings.
