Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned professional to oversee QESH compliance across projects and offices in Singapore.

You will conduct audits, manage risk, implement policies, investigate incidents, and drive training to foster a Zero-Harm culture. You will coordinate with project teams and regulatory bodies, maintain incident records, and prepare performance reports for management, ensuring continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification includes Specialist Diploma in WSH or MOM-recognised ESH degree or higher.
• Internal/ Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
• Good communication skills and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in ESH Electronic Platforms advantageous.
• Sustainability Certifications (MSC) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organization adheres to QESH regulations and ISO standards.
• Regularly review and update policies to align with legal requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections of sites and offices.
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assess workplace risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Develop and deliver QESH training programs for employees.
• Monitor environmental aspects including waste management and permits.
• Lead cross-team coordination and communicate QESH updates to management.
• Maintain QESH data and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Identify gaps and promote continuous improvement for Zero Harm goals.
• Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders on QESH matters.
• Represent the organization during external audits and inspections.
