Job summary

TALENTVUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated EHS/QESH professional to lead compliance programs in a manufacturing setting.

You will implement QESH initiatives, conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and drive continual improvement across ISO systems. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines, at least 3 years in EHS/QESH, and FSM and MOM-registered WSHO certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of EHS/QESH experience in manufacturing.
• FSM certification and MOM-registered WSHO are required.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement QESH initiatives to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and follow-ups.
• Maintain ISO management systems and coordinate audits.
• Oversee environmental compliance including waste management and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to promote safety and quality.
• Maintain QESH documentation, permits, reports, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QESH) initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups.
• Maintain and improve ISO management systems, coordinate internal/external audits and ensure compliance with relevant certifications.
• Oversee environmental compliance activities, including waste management, hazardous substances and sustainability initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to promote workplace safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Maintain QESH documentation, regulatory permits, compliance reports and employee training programmes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant EHS / QESH experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries.
• SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
