Job summary

SH Cogent Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Executive to ensure compliance with SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and ISO 45001 across the Singapore operations. The role involves driving compliance with business units, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering or Business or QESH certification with at least 2 years of QESH experience, and has strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Business or possess relevant QESH certification.
• Knowledge of SS651, ISO9001, 18001 and 45001 standards.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in QESH management system and auditing.
• Ability to analyse issues with root cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance by working closely with Business Units (Warehouse, Transportation, Depots).
• File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents.
• Handle process and compliance audit inquiries in internal & external audits.
• Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in SS651, ISO 9001,18001, and 45001 standards.
• Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly QEHS inspections and account-specific regimes.
• Prepare monthly compliance reports for QEHS requirements.
• Adhere to all company rules and safety regulations.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Role Description

The QESH / Quality Executive will be responsible to ensure compliance in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001standards in the operations departments.

Duties:

1. Drive compliance by working closely with Business Units (Warehouse, Transportation, Depots)
2. File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents
3. Handle process and compliance audit inquiries in internal & external audits
4. Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in SS651, ISO 9001,18001, and 45001 standards
5. Oversee various daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections in QEHS and account-specific regime
6. Prepare monthly compliance report for QEHS requirements
7. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:
