Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management or related fields.
• Minimum Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• WSQ Manage Work at Height would be advantageous.
• Possession of Class 2 or 3 license would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly inspections for all sites to ensure compliance to Safety and related guidelines.
• Organize training as required for all personnel relating to QEHS matters.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on the QEHS status to management for review and necessary actions.
• Review, administer & keep up to date in-house related policies and procedures to related guidelines.
• Provide Site-level Document Control Support and Technical Expertise.
• Define, create, and maintain controlled documents and document control procedures.
• Maintain and keep up to date for all necessary records.
• Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.
• Suggest for corrections and follow-up to correct any non-compliance.
