• Remind Cleaners on safety procedures before work.
• Ensure Cleaners carry functional tools.
• Instruct on efficient cleaning techniques.
• Praise desirable behavior in Cleaners.
• Counsel for poor attendance and negative attitudes.
• Assist and coach Cleaners in their duties.
