Qualifications

• PhD or Master in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry with relevant experience (2+ years for PhD, 6+ years for Master, bachelor acceptable).
• Proficient with HPLC, GC-HS, LC/GC-MS and other analytical instrumentation.
• Familiar with ICH, Chinese Pharmacopoeia, USP, EP and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong data analysis and experimental design capabilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and lab operations skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate analytical trouble shooting investigations and method development/optimization.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and write reports.
• Resolve technical issues in the laboratory and provide technical support.
• Lead and train team members to enhance research capabilities.
• Communicate with other departments and clients to drive project progress.
• Independently manage projects and oversee laboratory operations.
• Keep up with industry technologies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
