Job summary

Qualifications

PhD or Master’s in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Analytical Chemistry with 2 years (PhD) or 6 years (Master's) relevant experience.
Proficient in analytical methods and familiar with regulatory ICH/Pharmacopoeia.
Strong experimental design and data analysis experience.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding laboratory operation skills.
Excellent time and schedule management and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate analytical trouble shooting investigations and method development/optimization for API analysis.
Design experiments, analyze data, and write project reports.
Resolve technical issues in the laboratory and provide technical support.
Lead and train team members to enhance research capabilities.
Communicate and collaborate with other departments and clients to drive progress.
Independently manage projects and oversee laboratory operations.
Keep up with industry technologies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
