Job summary

Vitablend Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Quality Control professional to join our Singapore QC team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products, conducting laboratory analyses and maintaining meticulous documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Diploma or degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
• Experience in QC or laboratory testing in food, nutrition, pharma, chemical or manufacturing environments.
• Good attention to detail and ability to record and analyze results.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and responsible approach to quality issues.

Responsibilities

About the Team

You will join our Quality Control team,working closely with colleagues across Quality Assurance, Production, R&Dand Operations.

The team is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process materials and finished products consistently meet defined quality specifications. You will be part of a hands‑on manufacturing environment where accuracy, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

About You

We are looking for someone who is hands‑on, detail-oriented and committed to quality.

In this role, you will:

• Perform routine quality control testing and inspections of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.


• Conduct laboratory testing in accordance with approved methods, specifications and procedures.


• Collect, prepare, label and retain samples for testing and reference.


• Accurately record test results and maintain QC documentation and laboratory records.


• Support investigations into out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations and quality issues.


• Assist with calibration, maintenance and housekeeping of laboratory equipment.


• Ensure laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and applicable food safety requirements.


• Work closely with Production and other functions to identify and resolve quality issues.


• Support internal and external audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Maintain a clean, safe and organized laboratory and working environment.

You will bring:

• A Diploma or degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline.


• Previous experience in QC, laboratory testing or quality control, preferably within food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, chemical or manufacturing environments.


• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality control principles.


• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to recording and analyzing results.


• The ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• A proactive and responsible approach to identifying and reporting quality issues.


• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
