Job summary

SMITH GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. 位于新加坡，正在招聘电子元器件检测实验室技术员，负责对元件进行外观与防伪检测、操作与维护实验室仪器，并按 ISO 17025 要求撰写测试报告。

Qualifications

• 3+ 年电子元器件/产品检测、测试或防伪鉴定经验。
• 熟悉电子分销行业、防静电(ESD)控制及ISO 17025实验室体系者优先。

• 良好的中英文沟通与书面表达能力；能适应快节奏的实验室环境。

Responsibilities

• 元器件外观及防伪检测，发现损坏或疑似零件。
• 操作与维护实验室仪器（如XRF、X-Ray、Decapsulation、Solderability、C-SAM）并编写相关作业指令。
• 按ISO 17025及行业标准撰写测试报告并录入数据。
• 汇报偏差并与管理层沟通，协调第三方实验室进行设备校准与特殊测试。
• 监控日常实验室运营并支持实验室审计与客户要求。

主要职责 / Job Responsibilities

• 元器件外观及防伪检测 | Perform visual, microscopic, and anti-counterfeit inspection (e.g., alcohol swipe, scrape test) on electronic components to detect damages or suspect parts.

• 实验室仪器操作与维护 | Operate and maintain lab instruments (e.g., XRF, X-Ray, Decapsulation, Solderability, C-SAM) and prepare related work instructions.

• 测试报告编写与数据录入 | Prepare timely test reports and log detailed inspection data/results into internal systems per ISO 17025 and industry standards.

• 异常处理与质量沟通 | Report discrepancies or abnormal incidents to management, and coordinate with third-party labs for equipment calibration and special testing.

• 实验室日常运营支持 | Monitor test turnaround times and support ISO 17025 laboratory audits and customer requirements.

任职要求 / Job Requirements

• 3年以上电子元器件/产品检测、测试或防伪鉴定经验 | 3+ years of experience in component inspection, testing, or counterfeit detection.

• 熟悉电子分销行业、防静电(ESD)控制及ISO 17025实验室体系者优先 | Knowledge of electronics distribution, ESD controls, or ISO 17025 is a plus.

• 出色的分析能力、注重细节及良好的组织多任务处理能力 | Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.

• 良好的中英文沟通与书面表达能力 | Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• 能适应快节奏的实验室工作环境 | Ability to thrive in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
