Job summary

SMITH GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented intake/QA associate in Singapore. You will inspect electronic components before shipment, support lab testing, and prepare reports while ensuring accurate part numbers and product conditions. This role involves learning, collaboration with ODMs/OEMs, and hands-on packaging work.

The position offers a 5-day work week, standard 9:00 AM–6:00 PM hours, and opportunities for training and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect electronic components prior to shipment to ensure part numbers, quantities, and product conditions are accurate.

• Perform moisture-proof and sealed packaging according to component requirements.
• Read datasheets/specifications and use measuring tools for quality inspection.
• Communicate with original manufacturers (ODMs/OEMs) and cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues.
• Verify component markings, firmware, serial numbers, and other details.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 出货前检查电子元件，确认型号、数量及产品状况准确无误

  Inspect electronic components prior to shipment to ensure part numbers, quantities, and product conditions are accurate.

• 支持实验室测试及相关运营工作

  Support laboratory testing and related operational tasks.

• 编写异常报告并协助功能测试

  Prepare non‑conformance/discrepancy reports and assist with functional testing.

• 根据元件要求进行防潮及密封包装

  Perform moisture‑proof and sealed packaging according to component requirements.

• 阅读规格书并使用测量工具进行检测

  Read datasheets/specifications and use measuring tools for quality inspection.

• 与原厂及跨部门团队沟通，解决物料相关问题

  Communicate with original manufacturers (ODMs/OEMs) and cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues.

• 确认元件标识、固件及序列号等资料

  Verify component markings, firmware, serial numbers, and other details.
