Job summary

White Horse Laboratories Singapore is seeking a logistics support role to assist Receiving, Packaging and Shipping in accordance with industry standards. Training will be provided and the candidate may be cross-trained in other operational tasks in the future.

The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to read/write English. You will gain hands-on experience in inspection, packaging, and documentation while coordinating with forwarders for both international and local shipments.

Qualifications

• Perform receiving inspection to ensure parts match system records.
• Pick and pack shipments according to industry standards.
• Coordinate international and local shipments with proper documentation (packing list, invoice).
• Basic computer skills required (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to read/write basic English.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection and verify parts against system records.
• Pick and pack shipments following industry standards.
• Retape components using the packaging system per customer standards.
• Arrange bookings with forwarders for international and local shipments with proper documentation.
• Support operations tasks including external visual inspection, X-ray, XRF, cross section, and solder testing.

White Horse Laboratories Singapore operates as an independent, third-party quality control and testing facility that helps secure the electronics supply chain by verifying component authenticity and reliability.

This role is mainly to support Logistics function in the Lab such as Receiving, Packaging and Shipping according to the industry standard. The selected candidate will also be train on other roles in future to enhance their capabilities.

Job description

• Perform receiving inspection. Ensure all parts received are according to the system
• Picking and packing for shipments according to industry standards
• Retaping components using the advanced machine system for packaging according to customer and industry standards
• Arranging bookings with forwarders for International and local shipments with proper documentations such as Packing list and Invoice
• To provide support to any operation works including External visual inspection, Xray, XRF, cross section, Solder test and Decap.
• To support any ad-hoc duties assigned by Department leader/Manager.
• Basic computer skills (Email-Excel-Words-Powerpoint)
• Ability to read/write and understand basic English
• Training will be provided
