Job summary

EBEL INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Packer to handle jigging/unjigging, weighing, sealing, vacuuming and labeling of finished products according to WI and quality standards.

You will operate and maintain packing equipment, ensure correct part identification to prevent mix-ups, and keep work areas clean. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to controlled-environment rules, including no makeup.

Qualifications

• Must perform packing, weighing and sealing per WI.
• Operate and maintain packing equipment (eg vacuum packing).
• Identify parts correctly to prevent mixed parts.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper handling (jigging, unjigging, packing) and identification of customer items per requirements.
• Operate and maintain applicable machines (eg vacuum packing) efficiently with care
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report findings or provide feedback on items/work matters to supervisor promptly
• Packer to rack or unrack metal component part into fixtures or trays
• Perform weighing, packing sealing, vacuuming and cartooning of customers finished products per WI to required quality standard
• Ensure packages are securely fastened with accurate data labeling
• Able to identify parts correctly to ensure prevention of mixed parts
• Willing to work in controlled environment with no makeup allowed
