Job summary

Lonza in Singapore is looking for a QC Coordinator to manage QC samples and archival documentation, ensuring timely delivery of results and maintenance activities at the Tuas site.

You will write and review SOPs, control retain samples, and coordinate with other departments to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. A chemistry or science background is required, with good problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or Science.
• Relevant experience or accomplishments to qualify for the role.
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• To manage QC samples (including receipt, storage, shipment and discard of samples).
• Control and audit of retain samples (process and raw materials).
• Coordination of Sample Logistics documentation and QC assay sheet issuance.
• Manage and coordinate on-site/ off-site archival of QC documents.
• Write, maintain, edit and review Standard Operating Procedures.
• Write deviation and change request
• Maintain data and records in compliance with regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Actively contributes to operational efficiency/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

Job description

This role is responsible to coordinate and manage QC samples (receive, retain, shipment), manage and coordinate on-site / off-site archival of QC documents, coordinate equipment maintenance and revision of related operation procedure. Role is also required to coordinate with the other departments to ensure timely delivery of samples/results and equipment maintenance performed.
