Job summary

As a QC Lab Trainee you will learn under experienced professionals, build expertise in cGMP, environment monitoring, audit readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Pharmacy or Engineering, or equivalent; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities required.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Basic GMP knowledge or lab experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support QC operations through timely conduct and review of routine testing and new product introduction.
• Assist QC inventory management of reagents and reference standards.
• Develop technical competency and contribute to a great place to work.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory expectations and site procedures.
• Prepare lab documentation per cGMP or EHS requirements.
• Participate in investigations, audits, and timely issue resolutions.
