The Attach & Train Programme is a structured talent development programme designed to build skilled talent for Singapore’s advanced biomedical manufacturing sector through practical, industry-based training that develops the technical skills and capabilities needed to support the industry’s current and future workforce needs. As a QC Lab Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals during a 15-month structured training programme to support analytical and microbiological QC activities, including raw material, in-process, and API/BDS testing, as well as new product introduction, helping ensure the quality of medicines. Due to the nature of the programme and its eligibility requirements, applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
