Job summary

CCL DESIGN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform in-process and finished product inspections in our Singapore facility.

You will maintain inspection records, assist in lot release, and generate certificate of analysis, ensuring shipments meet requirements. The role involves investigating production issues, conducting internal audits, reporting findings to operators and QA, and supporting continuous improvement in QMS, EHS, and L&E.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with experience in quality control or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent visual acuity and ability to identify defects.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and quality testing equipment.
• Good attitude, responsible, fast learner, willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of processes and finished products.
• Maintain documentation of inspections.
• Assist in lot release and certificate generation.

• Advise on non-conforming products and quarantining actions.
• Support QA engineers on special projects.

Completing and maintaining documentation of press and finished product inspections. 产品检查文档妥当的保存

Job Requirements

• - Minimum Secondary education with relevant experience in quality control or manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• - Strong attention to detail with excellent visual acuity and ability to identify product defects

• - Good working attitude, responsibility, fast learner, willing to work overtime.
