Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections at our Tuas South facility in Singapore. You will ensure products meet quality requirements and release compliant lots.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with QC equipment, and the ability to communicate product specifications in English. Training will be provided, with overtime support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary / GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of QC, QA, printing or manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with quality inspection, measuring instruments and QC equipment, with good visual and colour recognition.
• Able to understand and communicate product specifications in English; basic Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and support overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and finished product inspections, including final inspection, lot approval and product release according to quality requirements.
• Conduct in-process audits, identify defects and report quality findings to Machine Operators, Supervisors and the Quality team.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records and documentation, while approving, rejecting or quarantining non-conforming products.
• Assist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, customer complaints and quality improvement projects.
• Operate QC inspection and measuring equipment, follow QMS and workplace safety procedures, and support other quality-related duties assigned by the Manager.
