Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a QC Inspector in Benoi Sector, Singapore. You will conduct product visual inspections, perform SAP quality release transactions, and generate Certificates of Analysis to ensure customer, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The essential role supports material disposition, reviews batch documentation, validates CTQ data, and ensures timely product release within the Quality Control Department.

Qualifications

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical discipline.
• Quality mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and lift up to 20 kg in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

The QC Inspector is responsible for conducting product visual inspection, performing SAP quality release transactions, and generating Certificates of Analysis (CoA) to ensure that released products meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.

This position is part of the Quality Control Department reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer and is located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform incoming and outgoing product visual inspections in accordance with approved procedures and acceptance criteria to ensure compliance with product quality requirements.
• Execute SAP quality release transactions and support material disposition activities to ensure accurate inventory status and timely product release.
• Review batch documentation, validate Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) data, and generate Certificates of Analysis (CoA) to support customer shipment and regulatory compliance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education & experience: Minimum ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• Quality Mindset: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, perform accurate documentation review, and identify quality-related issues.
• Operational Readiness: Willingness to work rotating shifts and perform occasional lifting of up to 20 kg in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing or other regulated production environments.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP system, Microsoft Office applications, and quality documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
