Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a QC Analyst in Singapore to perform routine QC testing, sampling and inspection of materials to ensure product specifications and regulatory requirements are met.

You will be part of the Quality Control Department reporting to the QC Manager, located in Benoi Sector, Singapore, and you may work rotating shifts while supporting daily production and quality activities.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Chemistry / Applied Science with ≤1 year QC experience.
• Willing to learn and follow SOPs and quality requirements.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing and sample preparation under guidance.
• Identify and elevate out-of-specification or risky results to senior staff.
• Support daily lab operations and participate in PSP, 5S, ESH and related activities.

Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The QC Analyst is responsible for executing testing, sampling and inspection procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met.

This position is part of the Quality Control Department reporting to the QC Manager and is located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Routine QC testing: Perform day-to-day QC testing, including sample and standard preparation, under guidance from senior analysts.
• Quality & escalation support: Identify and elevate out-of-specification, failed, or potentially risky results to senior staff.
• Operational participation: Support daily lab operations and participate in PSP, 5S, ESH, and Engagement activities to meet production and quality requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education & experience: ITE or Diploma in Chemistry / Applied Science (or related), with ≤1 year relevant lab or QC experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Work requirements: Willing to learn and follow SOPs and quality requirements; able to support daily production and elevate issues to senior analysts.
• Operational readiness: Willing to work rotating shifts and able to perform occasional lifting up to 20kg in a cleanroom / white room environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Exposure to laboratory instruments such as ICP-MS, GC-MS, Liquid Particle Counter (LPC), TOC, or similar analytical equipment.
• Basic understanding or training exposure to GMP, GDP, GLP, or quality systems in a laboratory environment.
• Positive learning attitude, good teamwork, and attention to detail.
