Job summary

Pall Corporation Singapore Production Operations Team is seeking a Production Associate II to perform manufacturing tasks in a strict EHS/Quality framework and 5S environment.

Role involves operating equipment, supporting improvement projects, and collaborating with a team while occasionally troubleshooting machinery. On-site position at Benoi Sector, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or NITEC with relevant manufacturing exposure.
• Ability to work in a shift-based, 12-hour environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred, including cleanroom exposure.

The Production Associate II is responsible for carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology.

This position reports to the and is part of the Pall Singapore Production Operations Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available

• Support improvement efforts and assigned projects

• Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other appropriate duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred

• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team. Able to support operations by working 12-hour shifts whenever required

• Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred

• SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)
