Job summary

Pall Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Production Associate II to join the Production Operations team on-site in Benoi Sector. The role focuses on carrying out production activities in line with EHS and Quality guidelines and 5S methodology, with an emphasis on teamwork and reliable shift performance.

You will operate machines/equipment to specification, support improvement projects, and collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and maintain smooth operations across rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred
• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team.
• Able to support operations by working 12-hour shifts whenever required
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

Production Associate II

The Production Associate II is responsible for carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology. This position reports to the and is part of the Pall Singapore Production Operations Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available
• Support improvement efforts and assigned projects
• Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other appropriate duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred
• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team.
• Able to support operations by working 12-hour shifts whenever required
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

Preferred Experience

• Working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred
• SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)
