Job summary

LION CITY TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a QC Inspector to inspect and test products, read blueprints, and ensure production standards are met in our precision machining environment.

You will work under the Quality Manager, perform in-process inspections, raise NCRs for nonconformities, and collaborate with the production team to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-level /SPM 5 credits or high school diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience as QC Inspector in the Precision Machining industry.
• Familiar with the production processes in Precision Machining field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to understand blueprints, documents and manuals

Responsibilities

• Using gadgets such as micrometer screw gauges to measure products
• Removing products that do not meet production standards and raise NCR for review.

• Performing In-process inspections at random to assess product quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

• Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes.
• Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company
• Using gadgets such as micrometer screw gauges to measure products
• Removing products that do not meet production standards and raise NCR for review.
• Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team
• Performing In-process inspections at random to assess product quality.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum O-level /SPM 5 credits or high school diploma.
• At least 1-3 years of experience work as QC Inspector in the Precision Machining industry.
• Familiar with the production processes in Precision Machining field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents and manuals
