Job summary

Allied MFG Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented QC Inspector to perform meticulous inspection checks on incoming and outgoing metal parts, whether produced in house or sourced externally.

You will act as the approval point for supplier materials failing to meet quality expectations and document all findings. You will document inspection processes, report issues promptly, and suggest improvements to production to sustain high quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauge, gage blocks, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong attention to accuracy
• Able to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Positive, helpful attitude and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspection checks for all incoming and outgoing metal parts built in house or from external sources
• Serve as the approval point for incoming raw materials and finished parts from suppliers that fail to meet quality expectations
• Ensure all checks are properly documented according to company policy or QA requirements
• Resolve quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
• Prepare documentation of the inspection process, including reports and performance records
• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards
• Guide the production team about QC issues to enhance product quality
• Assist QC Lead and tasks assigned by QA/QE

Responsibilities and duties

• Perform QC Inspection Checks for all IN coming and OUT going metal parts build in house or from External source.
• Point of contact of approval for all the incoming raw materials and finish goods parts from supplier fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest
• Ensure all checking are properly documented according to Company policy or QA requirements.
• Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
• Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
• To recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards.
• Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
• Assist all QC Lead & Tasks assign by QA/QE

Requirements

• Proficiency in the use of all manner of measuring instruments such as; calipers, gage blocks, height gage, micrometers, etc.
• Must be detail oriented, organized.
