Job summary

Amgen Singapore is seeking a Manager Quality Control I (Analytical Testing) to lead day-to-day analytical testing activities, drive compliant operations and support product releases. You will oversee methods, instrumentation, and laboratory systems while ensuring qualification, calibration, and readiness for regulatory inspections.

The role requires deep knowledge of HPLC/UPLC, GC/HS-GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, Karl Fischer, and related QC analytical techniques, with a focus on biologics analytics such as

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's with related experience in GMP-regulated pharma/biotech environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP laboratory operations and data integrity.
• Experience leading analytical teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day analytical testing activities supporting raw materials, utilities, in-process controls, release, and stability testing.
• Ensure timely execution and completion of testing schedules to support manufacturing and product release requirements.
• Manage laboratory resources, staffing, workload prioritization, and capacity planning.
• Provide technical oversight for analytical methodologies.
