Job summary

Alcon Singapore Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate, QC Labs- Analytical Science & Technology to plan, establish robust lab systems and support product lifecycles while maintaining compliance and inspection readiness.

You will lead asset lifecycle for laboratory testing assets, qualify equipment, coordinate changes, mentor the team, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in qualification and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• 1–3 years in pharma/medical device with GMP knowledge.
• Understanding of QC laboratory processes and workflow.
• Experience leading small to medium projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the LTA lifecycle and asset qualification.
• Develop protocols, perform equipment calibration, and troubleshoot.
• Lead small to mid-scale projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to team; coordinate with vendors.
