Job summary

GREYFORM PTE. LTD. seeks a Service Team Supervisor (Assistant/Senior) to manage post-TOP rectifications for residential projects and ensure compliance with IMS and BCA standards on PBU manufacturing.

You will supervise on-site teams, liaise with contractors, close defects, and uphold safety while delivering quality workmanship according to approved plans and specs. Strong problem-solving, English communication, and leadership abilities are required as you train staff and coordinate inspections

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE with at least 5 years’ experience working in Architectural / PBU Fitting QAQC environment or equivalent.
• Minimum ITE with at least 2 years’ experience working in Architectural / PBU Fitting QAQC environment or equivalent.
• Diploma / Degree with 1 year’s experience working in Architectural / PBU Fitting QAQC environment or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 & 45001 standards as well as Building Construction Authority Construction Quality /Assessment System will be an advantage.
• Possess problem-solving, analysing and reporting skills.
• IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Independent with high level of initiative and fast learner.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
• Positive attitude in learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential site rectification works during Post TOP and defect liability periods.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works and prepare approval papers.
• Ensure defects meet specifications, tolerances, and label readability.
• Uphold safety regulations and align with approved plans and contract specs.
• Address and close all customer complaints.
• Audit quality per IMS policies and customer specs.
• Coach and train team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Stop operations when safety cannot be ensured.
• Coordinate inspections with CRO prior to unit handover when required.
