Job summary

Hexacon Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee defect rectification during the construction phase and lead a team of workers to ensure quality standards before the Maintenance Certificate is issued.

The role also supports pre-TOP activities, coordinating with project teams to rectify and prepare finished works for TOP inspection as directed by senior management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years QA/QC experience in construction (main contractors preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities across site and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Rectify defects as listed by Project Manager, Architects, QAQC Manager during construction until Maintenance Certificate is issued.
• Lead a team of workers to rectify defects during the DLP as assigned by QAQC Manager/Asst QAQC Manager/QAQC Executive.
• Assist project teams during pre-TOP period to rectify and prepare finished works for TOP inspection as directed by Directors/GM.

Job Requirements:-
