Job summary

Bathsystem S.p.A. in Singapore seeks a Service Team Supervisor (Assistant / Senior) to ensure rectification of architectural works per approved specs, IMS and BCA standards, and customer requirements.

You will manage day-to-day site rectifications during post TOP and defect liability; coach the team, review quality and safety, and participate in risk assessments with the WSH officer.

The role requires 5+ years in architectural/PBU QAQC, fluency in English, ISO knowledge, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in architectural / PBU QAQC environment or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 standards and BCA guidelines is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and reporting abilities.
• IT savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site rectification works during post TOP and liability periods.
• Coordinate with contractors and prepare approval papers.
• Ensure defects meet specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain safety and IMS policy compliance on site.
• Close customer complaints and document corrective actions.
• Participate in risk assessments and inspections with WSH officer.
• Coach and evaluate team performance; manage disciplinary action if needed.
• Suggest improvements to reduce defects, costs, and improve productivity.
