Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Familiar with Curtain Wall System.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facade.
• Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD, etc.

Responsibilities

• Good standards and understanding construction quality assurance.
• Perform checks on the structural, architectural or material/works related to steel, extrusion, metal, glass and aluminum sheet to ensure readiness for inspections.
• Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works comply with method statements and proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s best practice.
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained, assist in yearly ISO audit.
• Prepare Quality Control Plan, procedures, and QA/QC reports.
• Conduct periodic training for site personnel and subcontractor workers where necessary.
• Identify, feedback and provide corrective actions in areas of quality control and quality standards.
• Ensure legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
• Document QA/QC activities and creating audit reports.

2. Perform checks on the structural, architectural or material / works in steel, extrusion, metal (mild steel / stainless steel / aluminum), glass and aluminum sheet related to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
3. Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.
