Job summary

UNDERGROUND TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QC lead to develop and implement company-wide QA/QC policies for LTA and railway projects, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and client quality expectations.

You will lead internal and external audits, manage QA/QC teams, prepare quality reports and NCRs, and liaise with authorities and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver Final Quality Records and CSC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Support tender submissions and client quality requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems for LTA and railway projects.
• Ensure compliance with LTA regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and audits to maintain high-quality construction and safety standards.
• Manage and lead QA/QC teams, providing training on quality procedures.
• Act as the primary contact for LTA M&C, Qualified Person (QP), and Supervising Professionals (RE/RTO) on quality matters.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and review quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on QAQC matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and efficiency.
• Manage the compilation and verification of Final Quality Records and As-Built documentation for CSC.

• Prepare and review quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action plans.

• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on QAQC matters.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and efficiency.

• Manage the compilation and verification of Final Quality Records and As-Built documentation for the Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).
