Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee daily QAQC checks, compile monthly reports, and train subcontractors in quality practices. The role requires strong knowledge of QAQC procedures and ISO 9001, with a focus on documentation and supplier qualification.

You will participate in meetings at Corporate QAQC Department, communicate findings to management, and drive continuous quality improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or diploma in a related qualification.
• Architectural- or Structural-trained work experience.
• Strong knowledge of QAQC procedures, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience with inspection techniques and testing equipment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QAQC checks.
• Prepare monthly QAQC reports for Corporate QAQC Department.
• Conduct monthly QAQC training for subcontractors.
• Issue QAQC non-compliance notices to subcontractors.
• Attend QAQC meetings at Corporate QAQC Department.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including plans, inspection reports, test protocols, and other records.
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality systems, capabilities, and performance.
• Prepare regular reports on quality performance with metrics and trends.
