Job summary

KAJIMA OVERSEAS ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a QAQC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control across project sites and fabrication facilities. You will plan inspections, prepare project quality documentation, and monitor compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work with the QAQC Team and stakeholders to resolve technical quality issues, escalate where needed, and ensure deliverables meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Assurance Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail with planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on site to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) and QA/QC plans.
• Establish methods and procedures for QA/QC activities.
• Coordinate inspection plans across project phases.
• Review supplier and subcontractor documentation for certifications.
• Maintain project quality records and inspection reports.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Support Trade Demo/Mock-up activities to meet quality standards.
