CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a QAQC Engineer to lead quality assurance activities on building projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating daily QC checks, producing monthly QAQC reports, and delivering regular QAQC training to sub-contractors to ensure compliance with method statements and BCA standards. You will act as the primary liaison for CONQUAS/QM assessments, communicating with clients and consultants, and guiding site teams to implement corrective actions and

Qualifications

Architectural- or structural-trained background with QAQC exposure.
Minimum 3 years as QAQC Engineer in a main construction company.
Experience with CONQUAS or ISO 9001 quality certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform QAQC daily checks on site.
Prepare monthly QAQC reports for Corporate QAQC Department.
Conduct monthly QAQC training for sub-contractors.
Issue QAQC Non-compliance notices to sub-contractors.
Attend monthly QAQC presentations at Corporate QAQC Department.
Inspect works for compliance with method statements per BCA Good Industry Practice.
Coordinate with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments as the primary liaison.
Support site engineers to ensure projects meet CONQUAS standards and provide coaching as needed.
