Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a QAQC professional to perform daily QAQC checks and prepare monthly reports for the Corporate QAQC Department. The role includes conducting training for sub-contractors and issuing non-compliance notices when required.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in QAQC and a Diploma in Engineering, with architectural or structural training considered an asset. Daily interactions with the Corporate QAQC team are expected.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in QAQC or related field.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in architectural or structural QAQC work is preferred.

Responsibilities
