Job summary

FERNS & KRIS MARINE ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional to maintain and update the Quality Management System and support its ongoing improvement and compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

You will coordinate with the client’s representative on quality matters, assist audits, train staff on quality awareness, and perform on-site QA/QC tasks including measuring equipment handling, welding, painting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least two years' working experience in a similar role in Singapore
• Well-versed in QA/QC and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
• Excellent writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Must know how to handle measuring equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating QMS documentation
• Support maintenance and improvement of QMS
• Assist in monitoring progress and effectiveness of QMS for ISO standards
• Assist with quality awareness training
• Implement QA/QC management system at site

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in maintaining and updating all the Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation
• Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System
• Assist in monitoring the progress or implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS) for relevant standards such as: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
• Assist with training in quality awareness
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site
• Coordinate with the client’s representative on all quality and Green Mark matters
• Assist in keeping track of relevant quality standards, and ensure compliance and preparedness for External Audit
• Assist QA/QC Manager with Internal and External Audit
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
• Assist to follow up Fit-up , Welding , Visual Inspection & Painting
• Able to understand how to handling Measuring Equipment’s

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree
• At least two (5) years' working experience in a similar role in Singapore.
• Well-versed in quality assurance, quality control and the application of relevant accreditation standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards etc.
• Excellent writing skills
• Good Communication Skills .
• Must know to handle the measuring equipment .
